1. Return Policy
At Homedecoro, we respect your right to return a product if it doesn’t meet your expectations. We never want you to keep something you don’t love.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and tags.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care, hygiene products, or undergarments
Customized or personalized items
Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Products bought during sales or promotional campaigns
2. How to Initiate a Return
You can return an item either at the time of delivery or by contacting us:

Alternatively, you can initiate a return through your account:
Go to the Orders section.
Select the item and click Request Return.
Provide the necessary details and upload photos if applicable.
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
Note: A return pickup fee of Rs.100 will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on eligible returns. Once your item is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following refund options:
Original Payment Method: Refund to your bank or card, processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank.
Store Credit: Instant credit to your Homedecoro wallet for use on future purchases.
4. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item:
It must meet the same conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, you may request a refund or choose another item of equal value.
Note: Exchanges and returns must be processed through Homedecoro only and are not available at brand retail stores.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
To cancel, please contact us immediately.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 5–7 business days.
6. Vendor-Specific Policies
As a multi-vendor marketplace, some items may have seller-specific return and refund policies. Please review the seller’s terms on the product page before placing your order.
